Returns & Replacements

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

However, you may request a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product is defective upon delivery.

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may arrange a pickup of the product if required.

After verification, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though bank processing times may vary.

Replacement Process

If a replacement is approved, a new product will be shipped after the returned product has been inspected and verified.

Delivery timelines for replacement orders may vary based on location and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales

  • Gift cards, promotional gifts, or free samples

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
